By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Cancellation Policy – Terms and Conditions:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee.
- This fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any deposit paid.
- No-shows are also subject to this cancellation fee.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee.
- This policy is in place to respect our time and other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Mobile Travel Fee – Terms and Conditions
- A $25 travel fee applies to all mobile therapy appointments.
- This fee covers transportation and setup time for services delivered at your chosen location.
- The travel fee will be waived if two or more clients are receiving therapy at the same date, time and location.
- Clients must be scheduled in advance and be present for the fee to be waived.
- Thank you for your understanding and support of mobile service logistics.

- Please contact your insurance carrier to pre-authorize use of FSA + HSA cards for allowable treatments. We do not offer refunds for services, treatments + pre-paid packages
